Phone Consultations

We provide support over the telephone when this approach makes the most sense. 

We recommend phone consultations for those who:

  • need direction and expertise from a professional and are good at doing "homework" by yourself between phone appointments;
  • have access to a helper who can assist you with implementation once you've mapped out a plan of action;
  • are on a limited budget and want to gain professional expertise and recommendations you can implement on your own or with the support of a friend;
  • seek expertise that is not offered by a trusted professional in your geographic area.

How it works:

  • You complete an online assessment.  I receive a copy of your responses and so do you.
  • I recommend options for your consideration.
  • You determine which option works best for you.
  • We begin meeting by phone.  (We can also connect via the Web so we can see each other's computer screens.)

  • Find anything you file or store in 5 seconds or less.
  • Focus on what matters most.
  • Remember to do important follow-up at the appropriate time.
  • Efficiently handle mail, filing, returning phone calls and other repetitive tasks.
