Hi Kathy,
Just wanted to share that I received the tickler file and spent yesterday filling it. Last night I took things out of my dated accordion tickler file that I had filed away to take action on today, and I put them in the order I intended to tackle them. When I came into my office this morning, the ONLY thing on my desk was my TODAY folder. Throughout the day I pulled things out one at a time and took the appropriate action. I am at the end of my day, and I've gone through what was still remaining in my TODAY folder and have reassigned those things that were not urgent or important to a different day. My desk is clear for the first time in MONTHS, and I had the most productive few hours of work that I have had in a LONG while. How wonderfully freeing!
Thank you for this great system and for your helpful Buried in Paper teleclass that taught me how to use it.

Hi, Kathy!
Thanks for the teleclass notes! I totally enjoyed your Buried in Paper teleclass today. I especially loved the way you ended it, with upbeat affirmation and having participants share their goals. Inspiring! Here is what I have done as a result:
- I immediately made a "Calls Expected" file, and I returned all the phone calls I had been ignoring for 4 days.
- I entered the information of each person I did not connect with directly and got rid of all those little pieces of paper!
- I have a list of all the folks who I asked (via voice mail) to call me back. Now, I can follow through easily if they don't call in a day or two. Before, I would just let these things slide because it was overwhelming to sift through the phone log, or I would lose track of the little sticky notes.
- I'll be implementing the other steps starting tomorrow morning. My goal is to have my dining table cleared off by the end of this week, and all the papers either filed or tossed. (No stacking them in the corner!!!)
Thanks again for your help today!
